A licensed massage therapist and the proud founder of Salt Lake City Athletic Massage. With a simple mission of promoting health and longevity, I believe that massage is an excellent way to start that journey and relieve the soreness that often accompanies our bodies' adaptation and growth. My journey as a massage therapist began in 2015. Before that, I underwent my own transformative fitness journey, during which I lost over 70 pounds and decided to change career paths.
I am driven and committed to assisting Salt Lake City's active adults in feeling good, experiencing less pain, sleeping better, and continuing to pursue their passions. This beautiful city offers incredible trails and breathtaking scenery, and I want nothing more than to help individuals take full advantage of these opportunities. Seeing SLC's adaptive athletes seize control of their health and embrace life to the fullest brings me immense joy.
My goal is to provide a personalized and effective massage experience that not only helps individuals recover from their physical endeavors but also fosters overall well-being. I am passionate about the power of touch and the positive impact it can have on both the body and mind. Whether it's targeting specific areas of tension or providing a full-body relaxation session, I strive to tailor each massage to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.
I am always learning and staying updated on the latest techniques and practices in the field of massage therapy. By combining my knowledge, expertise, and genuine care for my clients, I aim to create an environment where healing can take place.
If you're ready to embark on a journey towards optimal health and wellness, I am here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to enhance your physical performance, reduce discomfort, and enable you to fully embrace the vibrant and active lifestyle that Salt Lake City has to offer.
